We are looking for someone to do a Pick Up from Lucky's (in San Leandro) every Friday.
Time is flexible between 6:30 am - 9 am, usually takes 1.5-2 hours
Weekday morning Grocery Recovery STORE PICK UP- (volunteer once a week, 6-month commitment)
We are looking for people available weekday mornings to pick up grocery donations from local grocery stores for the San Leandro Community Food Pantry’s weekly pantry event. Requirements:
Driver:
- lifting up to 50 lbs.
- loading and unloading boxes
- weighing the filled boxes
- sorting and putting away the contents of the boxes
- Valid Driver’s license and good driving record
- Own or regular access to a large vehicle (truck or van preferred) as donations are packed in large boxes
Helper:
