Donations of Medical Supplies and Other Items

Alameda Health System

Alameda Health System appreciates the overwhelming support from members of our community.  It is currently accepting supplies for use by hospital and clinic staff at Alameda Hospital, Fairmont Hospital & Rehabilitation Center, Highland Hospital, John George Psychiatric Hospital, San Leandro Hospital and its Wellness Centers.

Donations can be delivered to Fairmont Hospital, Central Supply Service, 15400 Foothill Blvd., San Leandro, CA 94578.  Central Supply Service is located between Building E and the Cafeteria.  The Fairmont Central Supply area will accept donations from Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.  No appointment needed.

Any quantity, including very large amounts, are accepted.  Donations of the following supplies are welcome:

Face Shields Mask – Ear Loop (Adult) Gown Isolation
Face Mask Mask – Ear Loop (Pedi) Gloves Medium
Face Shields – Cover Hand Sanitizer Goggles
Mask N95- All Sizes Disinfectant Wipes Thermometers
Cone Mask

Kaiser Permanente

Kaiser Permanente is accepting donations of medical supplies and other items including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes. As COVID-19 is now spreading quickly through many communities, our equipment and supply needs have increased significantly and so have our efforts.

Kaiser Permanente is humbled by the outpouring of support we have received from our communities and business partners to help source additional supplies.

Current list of items we are accepting. All donations must follow these guidelines:

  • Unopened N95 respirators & surgical masks
  • Unopened packages of disposable gloves
  • Unopened containers of hand sanitizer (60+% alcohol based)
  • Unopened containers of disinfectants & disinfecting wipes
  • Packaged, unused protective goggles
  • Unopened swabs for collecting screening samples
  • Unopened gowns (surgical & isolation)
  • Face shields

How You Can Help

Drop off Donations at a Local Kaiser Permanente Facility

Kaiser Permanente staff will be onsite to accept your donations Monday–Friday between 9 a.m.–2 p.m. We will only accept the items described above at the following sites:
